Once we decide we are a good fit, I send over my contract and a detailed questionnaire. Then we schedule a 60-minute strategy call where I learn everything about your business, your clients, and your vision.
Step 2: Design
Upload your brand assets into a shared folder and relax. I will share the homepage first to make sure we are on the right track before building out the rest of the site.
Step 3: Reveal + Launch
We meet for a reveal session, make final tweaks, and launch. You get custom training videos, a live walkthrough, and 2 weeks of post-launch support.

Your biggest time commitment is our 60-minute strategy call and gathering your content. After that, you can step back and let me handle the rest. I will keep you updated along the way so you always know what is happening, and you will get to review the homepage before I build out the full site. No surprises, no stress.

I have you covered. I chose Squarespace specifically because it is one of the most user-friendly website platforms out there. You will get custom training videos that walk you through exactly how to make updates, plus a live training session during our offboarding call.
And if something comes up after launch, you have two weeks of email support.
If you would rather not manage updates yourself at all, I also offer ongoing virtual assisting services.
