Frequently Asked Questions

I offer two main things: Squarespace website design (three tiers ranging from $200 DIY templates to fully custom builds) and ongoing virtual assistant support for the digital side of your business.
Most of my clients use both, often starting with a website project and then rolling into a monthly support partnership once their site is live.

My specialty is women running coaching, therapy, course creation, and service-based businesses, but the work translates to similar industries too.
If your business is built around your expertise and your direct work with clients, we'll probably be a good fit. The easiest way to know for sure is to book a free 15-minute call.
-
If your website doesn't reflect the work you actually do, start there because everything downstream (your email funnel, your launches, your client experience) only works as well as the foundation it sits on.
If your site is solid but the backend chaos is what's eating your time, start with VA support. We can talk it through on a free call if you're not sure.

Yes, and most of my clients prefer it that way. You don't have to find and onboard separate people for your website, your email sequences, your launches, and your tech troubleshooting.
I become the one person who already knows your business, your voice, and your systems, so when something comes up you just send it to me and it gets handled.
-
Yes. My virtual assistant work runs on a monthly partnership model so you have a predictable budget and consistent support, instead of scrambling to find someone every time something breaks.
We talk through your specific needs on a discovery call and build a package that matches the hours and scope your business actually requires.

A VA in this space handles the dozens of small digital tasks that pile up when you're running a business solo: website updates, email sequences, funnel maintenance, graphics, launch support, tech troubleshooting, formatting lead magnets, and the constant little asks that interrupt your client work.
The goal is simple: get the daily backend off your plate so you can focus on the work that actually grows your business.
-
Nope. I'm based in Indianapolis, but I work with clients across the country (and occasionally internationally).
Everything happens online: discovery calls, project work, ongoing communication, all of it. Your location doesn't matter, your business does.

DIY templates are ready as soon as you purchase them. Done-With-You projects take about 3 to 5 days from content handoff. Fully custom builds take roughly 2 weeks after our strategy session. No matter which option you choose, you're not looking at a months-long project.
-
My website pricing starts at $200 for a DIY template, $850 for a Done-With-You build, and goes up from there for fully custom designs. Every tier includes professional, conversion-focused design built specifically for coaches, therapists, and service providers. Book a free call if you want help figuring out which tier matches your budget and timeline.
-
You have two options. You can either make small updates yourself (I include training in every package), or you can hand them off to me through ongoing VA support so you never have to touch the backend again.
A lot of clients use the website project as the starting point, then roll into a monthly partnership for everything afterward.

Start with recurring tasks that drain you but don't require your specific expertise, like email management, social media scheduling, website maintenance, and admin work. If you want a clear roadmap, I have a free guide called The First 5 Things to Take Off Your Plate that walks you through exactly where to start.
