Your blog posts are written.

They’re just not on your website yet.

You already have the content. Your newsletter drafts and podcast transcripts are already sitting in a Google Doc, ready to go. But they're just sitting there because formatting and publishing a blog post never wins the fight for your time.

You already know you should be blogging consistently.

You know consistent blogging builds trust with the people Googling you before they ever book a call. You know it helps your website actually show up in search results and positions you as the go-to person in your space.

And here's the thing: you've already done the hard part. You've created the content.

Maybe it's a newsletter you sent last month that could easily live on your blog. Maybe it's a podcast episode that's been transcribed and is just sitting in a Google Doc. Maybe it's a workshop recap, a training you wrote for your group program, or a long answer you typed out in a Facebook group that deserves a permanent home on your website.

But between coaching sessions, client follow-ups, inbox management, and trying to be a human being with a life outside your business, logging into your website to format and publish a blog post is the thing that keeps getting bumped to "next week."

Next week turns into next month. Next month turns into

“I haven’t posted a blog since February.”

It's not because you're lazy. It's not because you don't care. It's because you have fifty other things fighting for the same hour, and even when you do find the time, the thought of logging in, formatting, finding images, and getting the SEO right is enough to make you close the laptop and deal with it "tomorrow."

This was built for a very specific person.

This is for you if…

  • You're a coach, therapist, or service provider with an existing website

  • You have blog content that's already written. It just needs to get onto your site.

  • You want your blog to look polished and on-brand, not like a Sunday night afterthought

  • You know consistent blogging builds credibility and SEO, but it keeps falling to the bottom of your list

  • You'd rather hand this off for less than the cost of a dinner out than wrestle with your website editor one more time

This is NOT for you if…

  • You need someone to write your blog content. This is formatting and publishing only. You bring the words, I bring the polish.

  • You don't have a website yet. If you are in need of one I can help with that too. Website design info here.

  • You're looking for a full content strategy or SEO audit. This is specifically for getting existing content published.

  • You change your design preferences often and want every blog post to look completely different. This works best when you trust a consistent, on-brand look. You'll always have the option to review.

Get My Blogs Off My Plate

Four steps. Zero stress.

This is designed to take things off your plate, not add to it.

Step 1: Send me your content

Google Doc, Word file, Notion link, even a voice memo transcript. Whatever format your content lives in right now works. No need to clean it up or make it pretty first. That’s literally my job

Step 2: I format and style it

I add headers, structure the layout, select images, and make sure it looks like it belongs on your site, not like a rushed afterthought.

Step 3: I upload, optimize, and schedule

Your post gets uploaded to your website with basic SEO in place and scheduled to publish on the date you picked (or the date I’ve set in your weekly cadence).

Step 4: You do nothing

Your post goes live looking polished and professional. Share it if you want. Or don't. Either way, your website just got more credible, more searchable, and you didn't log in once.

A few things you might be thinking

“My content isn’t polished enough to hand off.”

It doesn’t need to be. If it’s written and it communicates your ideas, I can work with it. I’m not here to judge your drafts. I’m here to make them look beautiful on your site. Send it messy. I’ll make it shine.

“What if I don’t have content ready every week?”

That’s okay. Life happens. If you miss a week, we don’t lose it. We adjust. And if you’re sitting on a batch of content you wrote months ago, you can send it all at once and I’ll schedule it out over the coming weeks. The goal is consistency on your website, not pressure on your calendar.

“Is $70 a month really worth it for blog uploads?”

When was the last time you actually published a blog post? If the answer makes you cringe, that's the cost of not having this handled. A blog that hasn't been updated in months tells potential clients you might not be active anymore. For less than a lunch out, yours stays current every single week.

“Will it actually look like my brand?”

Yes. Before I publish anything, I get familiar with your website’s design, fonts, colors, and overall vibe. Every post will look like it belongs there, because it will. I work with coaches, therapists, and service providers every day. I know what on-brand and professional looks like in your world.

Don’t just take my word for it…

“Tech stuff overwhelms me. Not in a “I’ll figure it out eventually” way. In a “this will never get done” type of way. I knew blogging mattered for SEO, but the idea of formatting and uploading posts was enough to keep me from doing anything with them. Kimmy made it ridiculously easy. I send her my blogs, she schedules them, and I never have to think about it again. One less thing on my plate, and my site actually stays current now.”

-Sarah Wahiba Senan, Executive Coach

Your content is ready. Let’s get it published.

You’ve already done the hard work of creating the content. You don’t need to spend your evenings formatting it, finding stock photos, and fighting with your website editor too.

Pick the plan that fits your content flow, and I’ll take it from here.

The Consistent - 4 posts/month - $70/month | The Committed - 8 posts/month - $120/month

Need more than blog support?

If your website needs a refresh, your email automations are half-built, or your backend systems are held together with duct tape and good intentions, I help with that too. Blog uploads are the easiest place to start, but they’re not the only thing I do.

Questions? Covered.

  • Squarespace, WordPress, Showit, and most common website platforms. If you’re not sure, just ask. I’ll let you know.

  • Whatever’s easiest for you Google Docs, Word files, Notion links, I’ve worked with all of it. You don’t need to format it first.

  • Nope. I’ll source on-brand stock images or use photos you’ve shared with me and even my paid AI tools to generate images. If you have specific images you want used, send them along with your content and I’ll work them in.

  • This is month-to-month. No long-term contracts.

If it’s not working for you, you can cancel anytime. (But fair warning: once you experience not having to think about your blog, you won’t want to go back.)

  • We’ll set a simple schedule when you sign up. Typically, I ask for content by the end of the week prior to the publish date. But if you’re the type who batches content in advance, you can send me a month’s worth at once and I’ll handle the rest.

  • Absolutely. Start with four and move up when you’re ready, or start with eight while you clear your content backlog and scale down later. It’s flexible.

P.S. If you’re reading this and thinking “this is exactly what I need but I’m going to bookmark it and come back later”... I get it. But, that’s the same energy that’s kept your blog posts sitting in a Google Doc for the last three months. The whole point of this service is that you stop being the one who has to do the thing. Let me be the one who does the thing. 🩷
