We start with a 60-minute strategy call where we nail down what your freebie should be, who it's for, and how it connects to your paid offer. If you already have a lead magnet, I'll review it and refine it so it's polished, on-brand, and positioned to attract the right people.

If you need one from scratch, I'll design it for you in Canva using your brand colors and fonts. You'll walk away with one complete, ready-to-go lead magnet.

Scope: 1 lead magnet (PDF guide, checklist, workbook, or similar). Up to 10 pages. One round of revisions on the design.

02 / Opt-In Page Built on Your Website

Your freebie deserves more than a random link buried in your navigation. I'll design and build a dedicated opt-in landing page directly on your Squarespace site that's clean, conversion-focused, and on-brand. It'll have compelling copy, a clear call to action, and be optimized for mobile so it looks great no matter how someone finds it.

Scope: 1 opt-in landing page on your existing Squarespace site. Copy written for the page using AI tools. Mobile-optimized layout. One round of revisions.

03 / Email Platform Automation Setup

No more manually sending your freebie to every person who fills out the form. I'll connect your opt-in form to your email platform and set up the automation so your lead magnet is delivered instantly the moment someone subscribes. I'll also make sure new subscribers are tagged and organized properly so your list stays clean from day one.

Scope: Form-to-email platform integration. Auto-delivery of your lead magnet. Subscriber tagging and group setup. Tested and confirmed working before handoff.

04 / Welcome Email Sequence (3-5 Emails)

This is the piece most people skip, and it's the piece that makes the biggest difference. I'll write and build out a 3 to 5 email welcome sequence inside your email platform that introduces you to new subscribers, delivers value, builds trust, and naturally leads them toward your paid offer. These emails are written in your voice and designed to keep you top of mind long after someone downloads your freebie.

Scope: 3 to 5 strategically written emails. Loaded into your email platform with automation triggers set. Written in your brand voice. One round of copy revisions.

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED

A few things to know before we get started.

  • This package is for Squarespace websites. If your site is on a different platform, reach out and we can chat about whether it's a fit.

  • The lead magnet is one deliverable (not multiple versions or formats).

  • The email sequence is 3 to 5 emails. Additional emails or sequences can be added as a separate project.

  • Copy revisions are one round per deliverable. Additional revisions are available at my hourly rate.

  • This does not include a full website redesign, new branding, or changes to other pages on your site.

  • You'll need an active email marketing platform (like MailerLite, Flodesk, or Kit). If you don't have one yet, I'll help you choose and set one up during our strategy call.

Strategy Call

We hop on a 60-minute call where we map out the entire system together. Your freebie topic, your ideal subscriber, the email sequence strategy, and how everything connects back to your paid offer. You leave the call knowing exactly what's being built. Then you hand off your brand assets and content, and I get to work.

I Build Everything

Over the next 5-7 business days, I create your lead magnet, design your opt-in page, wire up the automation, and write and load your email sequence. You'll get a checkpoint halfway through to review the lead magnet design and email copy before I finalize everything.

Review, Test, and Launch

I walk you through everything that's been built, we test the full system together (opt-in to email delivery to the full sequence), and once you're happy, we flip it live. You'll also get a short video walkthrough so you know how to make simple updates on your own going forward.

  • From our strategy call to launch, plan on about two weeks (5-7 business days).

    The timeline depends a bit on how quickly you can get me your brand assets and content, but I keep things moving on my end so it doesn't drag out.

  • That's completely fine. Creating one from scratch is part of the package. We'll figure out the right topic and format during our strategy call, and I'll design the whole thing for you.

  • Bring it. I'll review it honestly and we'll either refine it or pivot to something that will actually attract the right people. No judgment. Most people's first version just needs some strategic polish.

  • I work with MailerLite, Flodesk, and Kit. If you're using something else, reach out and I'll let you know if I can support it. If you don't have an email platform at all, I'll help you choose one during our strategy call.
